Seachem AmGuard

AmGuard effectively eliminates harmful free ammonia in a tank, while remaining safe to use during cycling and emergency situations. It detoxifies free ammonia within minutes and remains effective for up to 72 hours, twice as long as competing products. AmGuard converts free ammonia into a non-toxic form that is easily eliminated by the tank’s biofilter without altering the pH level. For ongoing ammonia control, Seachem Stability and Matrix are recommended. Additionally, AmGuard removes chlorine and chloramines.
