Here at Tiny Aquatics, we want to make sure your orders arrive safely and in a timely manner. If something goes wrong, refunds and returns may be made within 14 days of your order.

Please email us at hello@tinyaquatics.com with your order number if you are requesting a refund or a return so we may work with you to find the best possible solution.

RETURNS

In the event that an item arrives broken or damaged, you may return the item for either a refund or a replacement.

Returns made for any other reason must be unused, undamaged, and in all the original packaging. If these requirements are not met, your request may be denied, or we may charge a 15% restocking fee.

REFUNDS

Refunds on returns will be issued after we have received the returned item(s) at our warehouse, unless you are requesting an exchange. Refunds may take anywhere between 3-7 business days to process depending on your bank.

EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. However, we can send replacement items for orders that are damaged, broken, or DOA.

DOA

We offer a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee on all animals and plants. In the event that your shrimp, snail, or plant order is fully or partially Dead On Arrival, we will offer a refund or replacement. Please take photos of the DOA livestock BEFORE opening the bag. Include the packing slip in the photo(s). You may include additional photos of the dead items on a paper towel to ensure an accurate count, AFTER you have taken the photos of them inside the bag. DOA claims must be made on the same day your order was delivered. Failure to meet these terms may result in your claim being denied.

RETURN LABELS

Return labels may be requested by emailing us at hello@tinyaquatics.com.

If you are making a return due to damage during transit or error, we will cover the costs of the return shipping.

The cost of returns made for any other reason must be paid for by the customer.

EXCLUSIONS

Livestock and Plants are not eligible for returns in most cases.

Items that have been clearly opened or used are usually not eligible for returns. In some cases, we may accept the return, but may charge a 15% restocking fee.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns in most cases.
